Subscription Boxes

I just signed up for a VaVaVoo subscription! What will I receive?
Your monthly box will include 1-3 complementary jewelry pieces tailored to your preferred Style Profile. In the Standard Box, you’ll get over $60 worth of jewelry for as low as $28/month. In the Luxe Box, you will receive over $120 worth of jewelry for as low as $58/month.

Is VaVaVoo available outside the U.S.?
At this time, VaVaVoo is not available outside the United States.

Are there any hidden fees?
Nope! Your VaVaVoo Subscription will not have any handling fees. Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to states in which we operate.

When can I expect my first shipment?
Your first box will ship within 5 business days of your initial order. As soon as it’s on the way, you’ll receive an email with instructions to track your shipment's progress. Boxes may take between 5-10 business days to arrive. You will receive shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your box's progress.

When will I be billed for my recurring subscription?
You will be billed for your full plan immediately upon signing up. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. For Monthly Subscriptions, you will be billed immediately for your first box. After your first box, you will begin our regular billing and shipping cycle on the first of each subsequent month.

Three-Month Subscriptions will be billed for the full three months of your subscription at the time of your initial order, and you will not see another charge until you’ve received 3 boxes. Six-Month Subscriptions will be billed for the full six months of your subscription at the time of your initial order, and you will not see another charge until you’ve received 6 boxes. Yearly Subscriptions will be billed for the full year of your subscription at the time of your initial order, and you will not see another charge until you’ve received 12 boxes.You can cancel upcoming renewal at any time by emailing us at support@vavavoo.com by the last day of the month of the current plan.  If you do not take action, you will be re-enrolled in the three-month, six-month or twelve-month subscription plan and charged accordingly. Please read the Terms and Conditions section for more details.

Can I sign up for just one box?
VaVaVoo boxes are only available as part of a subscription. If you’d like to try just one box, we recommend a monthly subscription, which can be canceled at any time by emailing us at support@vavavoo.com prior to the first of the month. You can also place your subscription on hold in the account settings. (See Can I Skip A Month? below)

How is the Luxe Box different from other style profile categories?
The VaVaVoo Luxe Box features jewelry with more intricate and elaborate designs with semi-precious materials such as genuine freshwater pearls and sterling silver. Like the Standard Box, the Luxe Box allows you to customize your box with specially discounted add-on pieces each month. Add-ons you wish to add to your box will be available for a limited-time discount, and will be charged to your payment profile in addition to the standard luxe box charge. Some months, you will need to choose between color options, so make sure to log in from the 1st through the 3rd of the month. If you do not log in during the monthly reveal, our stylists will make this choice for you depending on your style profile. 

What is your cancellation policy?
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by emailing us at support@vavavoo.com by the last day of your current subscription plan. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF OF THE START OF A NEW SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT MONTH'S SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO YOU. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. 

Can I skip a month?
Yes, you can skip a month. In addition, you can switch to another style or gift your box to a friend.

To skip a month(s)

1) Log in and visit 'My Account' (in the drop down under your name)
(2) Click 'Manage Subscriptions'
(3) Click 'Delivery Schedule.' You will then be able to skip boxes (or unskip if you change your mind). 
You must decide before the 3rd of each month. 
How do I change my credit card information? 
Log into your account and under your name click 'MY ACCOUNT' then 'Manage Subscriptions' then 'Billing Information" then "Edit".

Customization

How can I customize my VaVaVoo box?
You can set your default style profile on your “My Account” page. We’ll use this profile to tailor boxes to you each month. As a subscriber, you can also view and customize your box in the VaVaVault™ during the "Monthly Reveal" window from the 1st to the 3rd of each month. During the "Monthly Reveal, you can explore and switch to other styles or add specially discounted pieces to your box. Add-ons will be charged to your payment profile in addition to the standard box charge.

Am I able to choose the jewelry I receive?
The VaVaVault™ allows you to customize your boxes based on your personal preferences. You cannot change the standard set of 1-3 jewelry items in each style profile box. However you can switch styles if you prefer the jewelry items in a different style profile box. As a subscriber, you will be offered additional pieces to complement your style at a significant savings during the "Monthly Reveal."

Do I get to keep my jewelry?
Yes! No renting already-been-worn-pieces or having to return pieces you fall in love with.

Can I send my box to a friend? How?
Yes! You can gift your box during the Monthly Reveal in the VaVaVault (™). You will need to send an email to support@vavavoo.com and include your recipient’s mailing address. Please note, your recipient will receive the jewelry items for your style profile box and will not have the ability to customize the box. 

Gift Subscriptions

What is a gift subscription?
Send someone a monthly treat without stepping foot in a post office. Each month, they’ll receive a box of 1-3 complementary jewelry pieces personalized to their Style Profile. Gift subscriptions are a one-time purchase rather than recurring payments and are intended to be shipped to a recipient rather than the purchaser. Gift recipients will be able to create an account, take a quick Style Profile Quiz, and select add-ons to ensure boxes are geared toward their personal preferences. Any add-ons purchased above and beyond the gift subscription will be charged directly to the gift recipient.

How do I purchase a gift subscription?
Gift subscriptions can be purchased under "Gift"! You can select the timing of the gift as well as create a personalized message to the gift recipient. We will send an email to your recipient on the date you select which contains your personalized message and instructions on how the recipient can redeem her gift.

What kinds of VaVaVoo subscriptions can I gift?
Gift subscriptions are available in 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 12 month options. These are one-time purchases that will not result in recurring charges.

Where can I send a gift subscription?
Gift subscriptions can be shipped anywhere within the continental United States. Sadly, we are unable to ship gifts outside the continental U.S. at this time.

Can I purchase a Gift Card?
We are not presently offering gift cards.

What is your promotion code policy?
If you forget to use your promo code, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and promotional code included. We will do our best to honor it!

Can I apply more than one promotion code for a single order?
At this time, only one promotional code can be applied to an order and points cannot be combined with other promotional codes.

VaVaVoo Points

What is the VaVaVoo Points Reward Program?

The VaVaVoo Points Reward Program helps you earn discounts toward future orders. Each time you shop with us, you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent. As a subscriber, you’ll also earn points by simply subscribing (points are earned for every subscription purchase at the time of order), inviting your friends to subscribe (50 points), following us on Facebook and liking us on Instagram.

Points can be applied as payment for jewelry orders in our Online Store. Sadly, at this time we are unable to apply them to subscriptions or gift subscription orders. VaVaVoo Points cannot be combined with other discount codes. VaVaVoo Points are non-transferable between accounts and are one-time use. Please note, if you return an order, the VaVaVoo Points earned on that order will be deducted from your account.

How do I redeem my VaVaVoo Points?
VaVaVoo Points can be redeemed as a form of payment toward orders in our Online Store. 100 VaVaVoo Points = $10. Points are redeemed in increments of 100—for example, a subtotal of $48.00 will use 500 VaVaVoo Points.

Eligible VaVaVoo Points will be exchanged for a discount code that will be used at checkout. Unfortunately, at this time, VaVaVooPoints cannot be used toward subscriptions or add-ons during the Monthly Reveal.

Can I use my points during checkout?

Yes but you must first please redeem your points for a voucher/discount code which can then be applied during checkout. Select the VaVaPoints tab in the lower right hand corner of the site. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. Copy the code for the number of points you wish to redeem and apply this code to your cart at checkout.

Do VaVaVoo Points expire?
VaVaVoo Points expire six months from the date they were earned.

What Brands do you work with?
We design all of our own jewelry and sell it exclusively on VaVaVoo.com. That means you can’t get our styles anywhere else! Each and every piece of jewelry is designed by a rockstar team of New York City, Southern and West Coast designers and assembled with only the highest quality materials to ensure beautiful, trendy, and safe jewelry. We guarantee all jewelry is compliant with California 65 regulations regarding safe levels of lead and cadmium for adult jewelry.

How will my VaVaVoo jewelry arrive?
Your jewelry will be carefully wrapped inside of a shipping box.

What is your return policy?
VaVaVoo subscription boxes cannot be returned. If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry purchase in our Online Store, send us a message! You can return items with all tags attached to VaVaVoo for a full refund less shipping and handling fees or store credit within 20 days. We are happy to provide Store Credit within in 30 days. Please include your original invoice with your return, and note the reason for return. You will receive an email notification from VaVaVoo when we process your refund. Please allow 15 business days (M-F and excluding holidays) for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

How do I ship my return back to VaVaVoo?
You can request a label from support@vavavoo.com to easily return your purchase. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you use labels provided by VaVaVoo only.

Can I exchange the item I received for a different item from VaVaVoo?
We cannot process exchanges.

VaVaVoo orders and subscriptions can be shipped within the United States.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam?
Yes! And for orders over $30, the extra shipping fee is only $5.00. Sadly, we are unable to offer subscriptions outside the continental U.S. at this time.

Does VaVaVoo ship internationally?
VaVaVoo does not currently ship internationally.

What is your shipping policy? Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free standard shipping for subscription boxes and all orders over $30. If you choose to ship your VaVaVoo box or online purchase 2-day or overnight delivery, you will be charged an extra fee to be calculated at check-out.

Which shipping carriers does VaVaVoo use?
Shipping carrier varies depending on shipping method. Orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, USPS and Fed Ex.
