What is VaVaVoo?

VaVaVoo helps you accessorize your outfits with beautiful fashion jewelry customized to your Style Profile through our monthly subscription service and online store. The jewelry is yours to keep! Subscribers can preview and customize their boxes each month, so no surprises, as you know exactly what’s coming your way!

How do I purchase a VaVaVoo subscription?

To purchase a subscription, first create an account by taking the quiz here. Then, select your Welcome Box and choose your plan -- either one month, three month, six month or annual. If you’re purchasing a subscription for another recipient, you can order a Gift Subscription here.

When will my box ship?

Your first box will ship within 5 business days of your initial order. As soon as it’s on the way, you’ll receive an email with instructions to track your shipment's progress. Boxes may take between 5-10 business days to arrive. You will receive shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your box's progress.

What will I receive in my VaVaVoo box each month?

Your monthly box will include 1-3 complementary jewelry pieces tailored to your preferred Style Profile. In the Standard Box, you’ll get over $60 worth of jewelry for as low as $28/month. In the Luxe Box, you will receive over $120 worth of jewelry for as low as $60/month. Subscribers can preview and customize their boxes each month, so no surprises, as you know exactly what’s coming your way!

Can I choose the jewelry I receive?

You can change your default style profile on your “My Account” page. We’ll use this profile to tailor boxes to you each month. As a subscriber, you can also view and customize your box in the VaVaVault(™) during the Monthly Reveal from the 1st to the 3rd of each month. During the Monthly Reveal, you can explore and switch to other styles or add specially discounted pieces to your box. The VaVaVault (™) allows you to customize your boxes based on your personal preferences. You cannot change the standard set of 1-3 jewelry items in each style profile box however you can switch styles if you prefer the jewelry items in a different style profile box. As a subscriber, you will be offered additional pieces to complement your style at a significant savings during the Monthly Reveal. Additional pieces you wish to purchase will be added to your cart and you must check out and provide a credit card number in order to receive them.

What payment methods do you accept for subscriptions?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards, or debit cards as payment for rebillable subscription orders. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept checks, money orders, gift cards, or PayPal, or link routing numbers to your account. Please note, VaVaPoints cannot be applied as a form of payment toward subscriptions.

Can I try just one box?

VaVaVoo boxes are only available as part of a subscription. If you’d like to try just one box, we recommend a monthly subscription, which can be cancelled at any time by the last day of the month.

Tracking My Box

Where is my VaVaVoo box?

Still waiting? Here are a few things to look out for:

Your tracking information can be found in your Account Settings beneath the Subscription heading. A few things to consider:

  • Your tracking may not update in real time as your box travels to you. It’s completely normal to see up to 5 business days between scans.
  • Our boxes are shipped ground. If you’re on the West Coast it may take up to 10 business days for delivery. If you live outside of the contiguous US, it may take up to three weeks.

If your tracking link isn’t available...

  • Check your billing info — we may need an update to ship your box. If we secured your payment after the usual bill date, your box will ship within 10 business days of payment

How do you ship boxes each month?

VaVaVoo boxes are ground-shipped via our shipping partner before they’re handed off to USPS for final delivery. This means you’ll receive your VaVaVoo box in your mailbox each month — no need to sign!

Which shipping carriers does VaVaVoo use?

Shipping carrier varies depending on shipping method. Orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, USPS and Fed Ex.

Can I change the shipping method so I get my box faster?

We offer free standard shipping for subscription boxes and all orders over $30. If you choose to ship your VaVaVoo box or online purchase 2-day or overnight delivery, you will be charged an extra fee to be calculated at check-out.

Can I track my VaVaVoo box?

Yes! You’ll receive your tracking information each month via email. You can also find your link in your Account beneath the Subscription heading.

My tracking hasn’t updated. What happens now?

Your tracking may not update in real time as the box travels to you. It’s completely normal to see up to 5 business days between scans — if it’s been longer, let us know so we can check on it!

My VaVaVoo box was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

It’s possible that USPS marked your box as delivered prematurely. If it’s been 3 business days or more since false delivery, let us know so we can take care of it!

Be sure to double-check your address to make sure everything’s up to date, too!

Billing

When will I be billed?

You’ll be billed for your first box with your initial purchase. Starting with your second box, you’ll fall on our regular billing and shipping cycles.

If you have a VaVaVoo Monthly Rebillable Subscription, we bill on the last day of the prior month (the day before the Monthly Reveal) and ship by the 10th of each month. If you have a three-month, six-month or annual subscription, you’ll pay in full with your initial order and will not be billed monthly — you’ll be billed for another three, six or twelve month subscription after your last box of the existing subscription, unless you opted out of auto-renewal prior to the next billing date.

How do I update my billing information?

Here’s how to update your subscription billing info:

(1) Log in and visit 'My Account' (in the drop down under your name)
(2) Click 'Manage Subscriptions'
(3) Click 'Billing Information' and 'Edit Card." You will then be able to update your card

    I updated my billing after the regular billing date. When will I receive my box?

    Your box will ship within 10 business days of payment. From there, you’ll fall back onto our regular billing and shipping cycles.

    Can I change my monthly billing or shipping date?

    We’re not able to modify the billing and shipping dates for your subscription. After your first box, you’ll fall on our regular billing and shipping cycles.

    Style Profile

    Can I opt out in any month?

    Yes, as a subscriber, you can skip a month.  You can also switch to another style or gift your box to a friend. (Sadly, gift recipients are unable to skip a month at this time.)

    To skip a month:
    (1) Log in and visit 'My Account' (in the drop down under your name)
    (2) Click 'Manage Subscriptions'
    (3) Click 'Delivery Schedule.' You will then be able to skip boxes (or unskip if you change your mind). 
    You must decide before the 3rd of each month.

    How can I customize my VaVaVoo box?

    As a subscriber, you can view and customize your box in the VaVaVault(™) during the Monthly Reveal from the 1st to the 3rd of each month. During the Monthly Reveal, you can explore and switch to other styles or add specially discounted pieces to your box. Add-ons will be charged to your payment profile in addition to the standard box charge.

    What categories of jewelry will my boxes include?

    Each VaVaVoo box will contain one to three pieces of complementary jewelry customized to your style profile. Necklaces, bracelets and earrings are the most common categories.

    Am I able to choose the jewelry I receive?

    You can choose the style of jewelry you receive in the VaVaVault(™). The VaVaVault (™) allows you to customize your boxes based on your personal preferences. You cannot change the standard set of 1-3 jewelry items in each style profile box however you can switch styles if you prefer the jewelry items in a different style profile box. As a subscriber, you will be offered additional pieces to complement your style at a significant savings during the monthly reveal.

    How do I fill out my style profile for my subscription?

    Your Style Profile is available as soon as you complete the quiz and create a VaVaVoo Account. Once you've logged into the account at VaVaVoo.com, you will find your profile in your Account Settings, under "Edit Profile."

    What if I want to change my style?

    Box Customization and Add-Ons

    How do I choose a box?

    During the Monthly Reveal (1st through the 3rd of each month) you’ll be able to log into your account and view your box in the VaVaVault(TM). You can explore the boxes of other styles and, if available, switch your box to that of another style. You can also choose specially discounted add-ons to include in your box. Once you’ve made your choice, you’ll see a confirmation and you will no longer be able to change or modify your selection.

    Can I upgrade my boxes?

    Not at this time. The luxe upgrade must be selected at the time the subscription is purchased.

    How do I order add-ons for my boxes?

    As a subscriber, you will be offered additional pieces to complement your style at a significant savings during the monthly reveal. You will need to enter your payment information for the add-ons.

    How do I remove add-ons from my boxes?

    You will have a chance to review your box during the final step at which time you can remove add-ons from the box.

    When will I be billed for my add-ons?

    You will be billed for add-ons at the time of purchase. You will be asked to enter your payment information.

    Cancellations

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Monthly Recurring Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by sending an email to support@vavavoo.com. You can also skip/opt out of a box for a month. You must cancel your account on the website before the first day of the month to cancel the current month's shipment. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT MONTH'S SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO YOU. All cancellation requests received after midnight Eastern Standard Time prior to the first day of a calendar month will apply to the following calendar month.  If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.

    Yearly, 3-Month and 6-Month  Subscribers may opt out of auto-renewal any time prior to or during within the final month of their subscription by sending an email to support@vavavoo.com. Multi-month subscriptions must be cancelled prior to the first of the month of the next billing period.

    How can I cancel my subscription?

    Send us an email @ support@vavavoo.com to cancel your subscription. Please include your name and address.

      Gift subscriptions cannot be canceled and are nonrefundable.

      Can I place my subscription on hold?

      Yes! To place your subscription on hold, simply:

      (1) Log in and visit 'My Account' (in the drop down under your name)
      (2) Click 'Manage Subscriptions'
      (3) Click 'Delivery Schedule.' You will then be able to skip boxes (or unskip if you change your mind). 
      You must decide before the 3rd of each month. 
      Also, if you'd like to have your remaining boxes shipped elsewhere, you're able to change your shipping address at any time in your Account Settings. You are also able to gift the boxes to a friend by emailing us at support@vavavoo.com.

      Can I cancel my Three-Month, Six Month or Yearly Subscription?

      Yearly, 3-Month and 6-Month Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will still receive the boxes you have already paid for. To cancel a rebillable, multi-month subscription, send us an email at support@vavavoo.com by the last day of the last month of the current subscription. You can also skip a month as a subscriber or gift your box to a friend.
