We offer free standard shipping for subscription boxes and all orders over $30. If you choose to ship your VaVaVoo box or online purchase 2-day or overnight delivery, you will be charged an extra fee to be calculated at check-out.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam?

Yes for Online Store purchases over $30 the extra shipping fee is only $5.00. Sadly, we are unable to ship Subscriptions outside of the continental U.S.

How can I track my order?

When your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and once the item is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will be charged for orders and subscriptions shipping to an address in a state in which we operate. Currently, sales tax is charged when shipping to North Carolina. Please note that as our company expands, additional states may qualify for sales tax on VaVaVoo orders, and it is possible that we have begun to operate in your state since your first purchase with us.

Promotions

I’m getting an error message from my promo code.

Having trouble applying your code? Here are a few tips:

  • Make sure your order meets the code’s qualifications. This may include a subtotal or specific brand requirement.
  • Check the expiration date — if you received this code in via email, it will be included at the bottom.
  • If your code is for a Gift with Purchase item, make sure it’s still listed on our website. If not, we may be sold out.
  • Codes are account specific, so make sure you’re logged in!
  • Have you used this code in the past? Codes may only be used once.
  • Have you already applied another code to your cart? We’re only able to apply one code per order.

You’re able to enter a promo code before checkout—just click “Edit Cart” and type it in the “Promo Code” field and hit “Apply.”

Returns

What is your return policy?

 If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry purchase in our Online Store, send us a message! You can return items with all tags attached to VaVaVoo for a full refund less shipping and handling fees. (Please note that Subscription purchases are non-refundable.) Please include your original invoice with your return, and note the reason for return. You will receive an email notification from VaVaVoo when we process your refund. Please allow 15 business days (M-F and excluding holidays) for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

How do you calculate refunds?

We’ll issue your refund to your original form of payment less shipping and handling.

Also, VavaPoints are not refundable. If you return an order, VavaPoints earned on that order will be deducted from your account. If the points are not available in your account, the dollar value corresponding to the used points will be deducted from your refund. Points expire 12 months after being earned, and cannot be transferred to another person or account. Other restrictions apply.

If you redeemed a Gift Card toward your order, you’ll be refunded in Store Credit.

How do I write a review for an item I received?

To leave your feedback, click “Write a Review” beneath the product name on the product detail page. You’ll be brought to a form entitled “Write a Customer Review” where you can leave your rating and comments. Click “Submit Review,” and you’re all set! Reviews will be posted within 72 hours and must comply with our Review Guidelines. We reserve the right to delete any reviews that cannot be verified.

  • Provide details about why you liked or disliked an item

Can I cancel or edit my order?

We're not able to edit orders once they've been placed. If you need to make changes or request a cancellation, please reach out to us ASAP with the details and we'll do our very best to take care of it.

My order won’t go through!

If you’re having trouble submitting your order, try these tips:

  • Double-check your card details. If the error message has no specific information, it’s possible the incorrect expiration date or CVV code was entered. If you’re using a saved payment method, we recommend re-entering the card details as if it were a new form of payment and submitting.
  • If you’re receiving an error message related to the billing address, try processing the order with a previous billing address. Rest assured, you can choose a different shipping address!
  • If you’re not able to enter your card information at all, this may be related to the internet browser you’re using. If you’re using Internet Explorer, our site isn’t entirely compatible for security reasons, and you may not be able to enter your card details. Here’s how to fix it:
    1. On the top of your browser, click the icon that looks like a torn piece of paper. This can be found in the URL bar.
    2. Once you’ve clicked the icon, refresh the page.
    3. You should be able to enter your information and safely place your order!

I have multiple charges on my statement, but I only placed one order.

If you attempted to place your order more than once, all attempts will show on your statement as pending charges. All declined charges will fall off of your statement within 3-5 business days — the funds were not withdrawn as the charge(s) was not successful. Ultimately, you’ll just see the one successful charge on your statement.
