VaVaVoo subscription boxes cannot be returned.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry purchase, send us a message! You can return unworn items with all tags attached in the original packaging to VaVaVoo for a full refund less shipping and handling fees or store credit within 20 days. We are happy to provide Store Credit within in 30 days.
Please email email@example.com and we will send you a prepaid USPS return label. Please include your original invoice with your return, and note the reason for return. You will receive an email notification from VaVaVoo when we process your refund. Please allow 10 business days (M-F and excluding holidays) for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
It’s our goal to make sure you’re completely happy with your order. If your order isn’t just the way you like it, we’ll make things right.
If you are not 100% happy, you have a couple options:
- Exchange your item for a new pieces / style
- Return for store credit in the full amount that you paid for your original order
- Return for a full refund minus: $8 flat fee for 1-4 items OR $15 flat fee for 5+ items
- The exchange/return is requested within 20 days of the date you received your package is received to our warehouse within 40 days of the date you received your package.
- Items are unworn and returned to us in the state you received them.
