Can I send my box to a friend? How?

Yes! You can gift your box by sending an email to support@vavavoo.com by the third of the month. You will need to include your recipient’s mailing address. Please note, recipients will receive the box for your style profile and will not have the ability to customize the box.

Purchasing a Gift Subscription

How do gift subscriptions work?

Gift subscriptions are perfect for sending a subscription to a recipient other than yourself. Gift recipients will be able to customize their subscription and manage their account.

When placing a gift order, you’ll be able to choose when we notify the gift recipient with a notification email.  Your recipient will be able to take our style profile quiz and select her first Welcome Box. You can send 1, 3, 6 or 12 month VaVaVoo Gift Subscriptions. These are paid for in-full at the time of your order and will not automatically renew. VaVaVoo Gift Subscriptions are non-refundable.

How do I purchase a gift subscription?

To purchase a gift subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Click here
  2. Choose the number of months you’d like to send
  3. Fill in your recipient’s information (and your own!) and gift message
  4. Enter their email address
  5. Pick the date you’d like us to send the email notification and gift message
  6. Confirm your order, add to cart, and check out!

My recipient might already be a VaVaVoo subscriber. What happens then?

No worries! Your recipient can choose to redeem her gift at any time, including after her current subscription ends.

I’m not sure of my recipient’s email or shipping address.

We’ll need an email address so we can reach your recipient with instructions for their gift. This allows them to take our quiz to determine their Style Profile so their subscription is customized and to set up an account with their shipping address. Please note, we won’t be able to ship any boxes until they’ve completed this step!

Are gift subscriptions customized?

Yes, the recipient will take a short and fun quiz to determine her Style Profile so her subscription is customized. Each month, the gift recipient will be able to choose her box from the 1st to the 3rd of the month during the Monthly Reveal. If she forgets to do so, we will send a customized box based on her default Style Profile.

What happens when the gift subscription ends?

Gift subscriptions are one-time orders and will not automatically renew. Once the gift ends, you can extend the subscription by purchasing additional months -- or they can purchase their own -- to keep the boxes coming.

Receiving a Gift Subscription

Where is my gift claim code?

Your gift email contains all of the necessary information to redeem your gift. If you already have a VaVaVoo account, simply log into your account and then use the gift redemption link in your gift email. Choose your first box, confirm your shipping address, and get ready to enjoy. 

If you do not have an account, create a VaVaVoo account and then use the gift link in your email to select your first box.

I received a gift, but I already have a subscription. Now what?

Lucky you! As a current subscriber, you have two options:

Wait to redeem the gift until the existing subscription ends OR choose a different style box for the second subscription and receive two beautiful sets of jewelry each month.

I’ve been gifted! What should I do next?

Your gift email contains all of the necessary information to redeem your gift. If you already have a VaVaVoo account, simply log into your account and then use the gift redemption link in your gift email. Choose your first box, confirm your shipping address, and get ready to enjoy. 

If you do not have an account, use the link in the email to select your first box,  You will be prompted to take the style profile quiz before seeing your first box.  You can explore different styles and select your favorite. Your gift code should automatically populate in the appropriate field.  If not, copy and paste the gift code provided in your email.

What happens when the gift subscription ends?

Gift subscriptions are one-time orders and will not automatically renew. Once the gift ends, you can extend the subscription—or they can purchase their own—to keep the boxes coming.

Gift Subscription Shipping

I entered the wrong email address for my recipient! 

When you place a gift order, you’ll receive an order confirmation with your order number. If you entered the wrong email address, reach out to us with the order confirmation number and the correct email so we can make the necessary changes!

Where can I send a gift subscription?

Gift subscriptions can be shipped anywhere within the continental United States. Sadly, we are unable to ship gifts to US Territories including Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

I’d rather give the first box in person. Is that an option?

Unfortunately not, as the recipient needs to take the quiz to determine her Style Profile in order for us to ship the correct box.

What if my recipient moves?

Once your recipient claims her gift, she’ll be able to manage her address and can make changes at any time.

When do gift boxes ship?

Once the gift recipient redeems her gift, her Welcome Box will ship within 5 days.  After that, all boxes will be on our regular subscription shipping cycles.
